The location of the hotel was magnificent and unbeatable - at a moderate distance from The Old Biscuit Mill. A mall and several stores were right next door.

Every time in Cape Town we stay in this hotel. The room is well-appointed. It offers unbeatable services and has a hearty and hot breakfast choices. There's paid parking available and excellent internet too.

everything was modern, had a wonderful stay on holiday. the staff was willing to help and recommended nearby attractions. they fixed problem with shower at my request. the location was good and beautiful for visiting restaurants and a coffee shop next to the hotel.

The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Extensive and plentiful breakfasts with many homemade treats, lowest rate, a nominal amount. Very clean bed in the queen room, plus fast WiFi, a kitchenette, and a lounge.

we recommend it to others for short stay. silent and impeccably clean hotel, decent prices, the location is prime and secure right by other local attractions, and the cape town cbd in the woodstock district. the rooms are brand-new and nicely furnished, and are complete with a spectacular view, a bathtub and a king size bed. offers efficient service and savoury food. the pool is heated.

Clean place and everyone was willing to help. The deluxe queen room with extra bed, facilities worked for us. Overall the service was attentive. Stayed in this property for 3 nights and loved our choice.

The breakfast is hearty, and the location is prime close to waterfront or airport, and close to the airport. The rooms are very well decorated and a nice size and generally offer super fast internet, a kitchenette, and a lounge area.

Great value for money! The loft we stayed in was extremely big with all facilities available. The breakfast was legendary, never had such a breakfast in any hotel. The variety that was offered was impressive.

The location was not really nice, but it was clear that the neighborhood was undergoing refurbishment. We expected a mountain view but it was not given as an option.

Location is a bit scary but very good security. Felt safe and loved the direct access via lift from parking to my room. Complimentary internet was bonus. Room was very well designed, modern and comfortable, A/C, TV channels, bathroom all very good. Staff friendly but always seemed a but busy with multitasking so felt a bit unorganized, even had no record of my booking from Booked.net, but managed to find it after couple of minutes on someones inbox.

Staff friendly but seemed very busy multitasking. Complimentary internet was a bonus but could be longer than 30min vouchers, was kinda annoying to call every 30min for new voucher. Also think it's a waste of A4 paper to send voucher to room every time. For some reason my room had no signal from Vodacom, not a hotel problem but I missed a few important calls, once outside hotel I had full reception again. Might not hurt to report the dead-spot to Vodacom.

Friendlyness and Value for money

I stayed in the room that was kept clean and available with a king size bed, great views, kitchenette. The hotel was placed in the very central location near the mountain.

The breakfast they served was really expensive, hope one day it will be better.
